High Life Highland would like to take photographs and or video images of you/your child. The images recorded may be distributed to local or national media as part of a press release, used in our marketing activities (e.g. publications, leaflets, promotional videos) published on our website at www.highlifehighland.com or used on our social media channels. This Consent Form has been developed to secure your agreement.

Terms and Conditions of Use:

By signing this form, you are providing consent for use of the images, video and/or audio in promoting the purpose, values and activities of High Life Highland for three years from date of signing. However, if you wish to revoke your consent at any time, please contact marketing@highlifehighland.com.
By signing this form, you understand that the materials you have consented to may be used in a variety of formats and platforms including but not exclusive to; publications (both printed and online), leaflets, posters, presentations, advertising and websites (including external social media websites). Distribution of these materials may be geographically diverse, and the general public worldwide may see the materials. Both text and images may be edited to enable use in a variety of formats, but this will not change the sentiment of the views expressed therein.
High Life Highland will not re-use any images if you withdraw your consent.
All information and images of you will be stored securely and will not be passed on to any other agency or individual without your consent. Where consent has been given, you understand that photographs and video stills taken of you will be added to the High Life Highland Photo Library for wider use.
Personal details will not be disclosed in detail (however, we may state e.g. “prize- winner, Joe Bloggs of Dingwall” to accompany a press release).
We will not name you in promotional literature (e.g. promotional leaflets).
We will only use images of suitably dressed children to reduce the risk of inappropriate use of images.
We will not use the images taken, or any other information that you provide for any purpose other than those stated.
